We ship our fish FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town or rural area, your package may arrive between 12–4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your nearest FedEx location, allowing you to pick up your order after work or school for the quickest and safest delivery.

Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Fish orders placed before 2pm are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

Example: If you place your order at 5pm on Monday, your fish will ship on Tuesday and arrive Wednesday morning.

If you need your order shipped on a different day, simply contact us after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requested delivery schedule.

Every fish is packed using professional live fish shipping methods in insulated Styrofoam-lined boxes designed specifically for aquatic animals. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional cost to ensure your fish arrives safely and in excellent condition.

If weather conditions are unsafe for shipping, we will contact you to arrange the next available safe shipping date. The health and safety of every animal is always our highest priority.
