PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE HAVE A CLAUSE ON ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS. HOW DISPUTES WITH THE COMPANY ARE SOLVED IS AFFECTED BY THE WAIVER. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION.
Live Aqua Fish Depot and its affiliates own and run Aqua Fish Depot. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) tell you how to use any website where this Terms of Use is posted (each a “Site”) or any mobile application (each a “App”) that is run by Aqua Fish Depot. or any of its divisions or affiliates (collectively, “Aqua Fish Depot”, “we” and us” or “Company”). In these terms, the Sites and Apps are called “Services” as a whole. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Aqua Fish Depot Privacy Policy, which is made a part of these Terms by reference. Please don’t use the Services if you don’t agree.
Company can change these Terms whenever it wants. If you keep using the Services after these changes, it means you agree with them and agree to follow all laws and rules. The law protects the content on or through the Services. This includes United States copyright laws and international treaties, but is not limited to them.
When the words “you,” “your,” “user,” and “users” are used in this document, they mean anyone or anything that uses the Services for any reason.
1. Who can use it and how
You have to be at least 18 years old to visit the Services or use them in any way. By using the Services or agreeing to these Terms, you are telling the Company that you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority, and ability to agree to and follow these Terms of Use.
You can get access to and use the Services from Aqua Fish Depot as long as you follow the Terms. You also promise and promise to the Company that you will use the Services in a way that is in line with all laws and rules. You are responsible for what happens when you communicate, upload, send, or post information on or through the Services. You are also responsible for how the Services are used by anyone who uses your login information.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services and the information and services on them as long as you follow these Terms. In return, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you post on the Services for any reason, as long as it doesn’t violate these Terms.
You can’t give the Services to other people or put them on a network where more than one device could use them at the same time. You can’t rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or give the Services to someone else to use. You can’t copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, try to figure out the source code, change, or make new versions of the Services, updates, or any part of them. Trying to do so is against these Terms of Service. If you break this rule, you could be charged and have to pay damages. If an upgrade from Aqua Fish Depot replaces or adds to the original Site or App, these Terms of Use will still apply, unless the upgrade comes with a new set of Terms of Use. If you break any of these rules, you automatically lose the right to use the Contents, and you must destroy any copies you have made of any part of the Contents right away.
You can’t “mirror” any of the Services’ or any other server’s content without written permission from Aqua Fish Depot. You can’t use the Services for anything that is against the law or against what these Terms say. You can’t use the Services in a way that could hurt, disable, overburden, or slow them down, or that could get in the way of someone else using and enjoying the Services. You can’t try to hack into the Services, guess passwords, or use any other method to get in without permission.
3. The right to copy and trademarks
Copyright protects the Services and all of the content that can be found on them. Unless it says otherwise on the Services or unless it’s allowed by US copyright law, no part of the Services can be copied, republished, sent, or shared in any way without the written permission of Aqua Fish Depot first. Any use of the Service’s content in this way that is not allowed by these Terms is a violation of Aqua Fish Depot’s rights (or other entities where so indicated).
If you want to use the Services in any way other than what is specifically allowed by these Terms, you must get permission from Aqua Fish Depot first. It is illegal to use the Services or any of the content on them on another website or in a computer network. All design rights, compilation rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Services, whether they are registered or not, are owned by Aqua Fish Depot or its licensors. This includes any goodwill that comes with them.
All registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names on the Services belong to Aqua Fish Depot or to other companies where it says so. You can’t copy, download, or use any of these trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names in any other way without the written permission of Aqua Fish Depot or the owner of the mark in question.
4. Submissions from users
The Aqua Fish Depot Privacy Policy says what to do with the personal information you give to Aqua Fish Depot. Whenever the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy don’t agree, the Privacy Policy takes precedence.
Aqua Fish Depot does not claim ownership of any information or content a user gives to Aqua Fish Depot or posts, uploads, inputs, submits, or transmits to the Services, except as described below under “Submission of Ideas” (“Submission”). You agree that you won’t make any Submission that is, in whole or in part, libelous, scandalous, inflammatory, discriminatory, defamatory, false, threatening, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, profane, abusive, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or insulting, aimed at gender, race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, religious views, or disability; that breaks local, state, national, or international law; or that Also, you agree not to: (a) make any Submission that is an advertisement or a business solicitation; (b) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or make a Submission that has nothing to do with the topic being discussed (unless it is clear that the discussion is open-ended); (c) post a chain letter or pyramid scheme; pretend to be someone else; (d) spread viruses or other harmful computer code; (e) harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses.
By making a Submission, you agree that it is not private or secret and that Aqua Fish Depot can share or use it in any way it wants. If you make a Submission, you automatically give Aqua Fish Depot a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or developed in the future. If you make a Submission, you also guarantee that the owner of the content has given Aqua Fish Depot this license. Despite what has been said, Aqua Fish Depot is not obligated to use any Submission.
You are the only one who is responsible for your Submission, what happens after you make it, and how much you rely on it. The consequences of any Submission are not the responsibility of Aqua Fish Depot. Pacific Fish Depot is not in charge of screening or keeping an eye on what users post to the Services. If a user tells Aqua Fish Depot about a Submission that allegedly breaks these Terms of Use, Aqua Fish Depot may look into the claim and decide, in good faith and at its own discretion, whether to take down the Submission in question. Aqua Fish Depot won’t be liable or responsible to users if or when these things happen or don’t happen.
Aqua Fish Depot has the right, but is not required, to do the following things: (a) record the conversation on the Services; (b) look into a claim that a Submission does not follow these Terms of Use and decide in its sole discretion to remove or ask for the removal of the Submission; (c) remove Submissions that are abusive, illegal, disruptive, or out of date, or that do not follow these Terms of Use in any other way; (d) cut off a user’s access to any or all parts
5. Unasked-for Ideas
The policy at Aqua Fish Depot is that ideas or suggestions from people outside the company, including ideas for new products or services, are not accepted or looked at. You shouldn’t send any information to the Services that you think is secret or belongs to you. Even though this policy is in place, any material, ideas, suggestions, know-how, or concepts that are offered or communicated to Aqua Fish Depot through the Services or otherwise shall be the property of Aqua Fish Depot and may be treated by Aqua Fish Depot as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Except where it says otherwise in our Privacy Policy, you give Aqua Fish Depot an unrestricted, permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, perform in public, transmit, and distribute any information you give us, except where it says so in our Privacy Policy. You also agree that Aqua Fish Depot can use any ideas, concepts, or information you (or people acting on your behalf) send to the Services without paying you or anyone else for them or telling you about it.
6. Getting a job
Any offer or promotion that is advertised on the Services is void where it is against the law and is subject to any official rules that are posted.
7. Shades
Even though Aqua Fish Depot tries to show the colors of its products as accurately as possible on the Services, it can’t promise that the colors shown on the Services are an exact match for the colors of its products. This could depend on how the colors look on your computer or phone.
8. Sale Terms
We reserve the right to not process or finish any order you place with us, for any reason. For instance, we may not accept your order if we know or think that you plan to resell some or all of the products on it as part of a business. You can only use the Services to place orders for personal or home use.
We make it clear that you can’t buy anything from Aqua Fish Depot to resell or to resell as part of a business, including an online business, unless Aqua Fish Depot says so in writing.
9. Prices, deals, and choices
Prices, deals, and choices that you can find on the Services may be different from what you can find in Aqua Fish Depot stores and in local ads. Prices, deals, and choices on the Services can change at any time without warning.
10. Use in other countries
We run and control the Services from our offices in the United States of America, where all information is also processed. We don’t promise that the materials on the Services can be used or are available in other places. Those who access the Services from outside the U.S. do so on their own free will and are responsible for following the laws of their own country.
Access to the Services isn’t allowed from places where what’s on the Services is illegal or punishable. No information from the Services may be downloaded or sent to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Denial Orders. By using information from the Services, you promise and guarantee that you are not in, under the control of, a citizen or resident of, or located in, any of these countries or on any of these lists.
11. Disclaimers and limits on who is responsible
All of the content on the Services is there for your information only. You’re on your own if you use the Services or the Contents. There could be technical mistakes or typos in the information on the Services. Aqua Fish Depot can always make changes or make things better.
